Management of the university is operated by the administrative board which includes 38 members, among them: Rector of the university, 5 Vice-rectors (First Vice-Rector, Vice-Rector on Educational Work, Vice-Rector on Research and Innovation, Vice-Rector on Ideological and Educational Work, Vice-Rector on Administrative and Economic Work), deans, vice- deans, and heads of departments.
All the members of the administrative board have higher education, 36 people have academic degrees, among them 6 members have Doctor’s degree and 30 members have PhD degree. 35 members have academic ranks, including 6 professors and 29 associate professors.
The administrative board consists of 25 women and 13 men.
