Foreign students that are not fluent in Russian can be admitted to the preparatory course of the University for one year during which they are going to study the Russian language and other subjects depending on the specialization they choose.
Having passed exams successfully foreign students receive a CERTIFICATE on taking a course of the Russian language at the Preparatory Department (official diploma).
Classes at the preparatory department start on October 1 and finish on June 30.
Groups consist of 10 people and they are formed between August 25 and October 15. The study fees are 1100 – 1150 USD and are paid on the bases of the signed agreement on the day of arrival in BR according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
The University provides the foreign students with dormitories for the whole period of studies. The cost of one place in a room is 12 USD per month and is not included in the study fees.
Those wishing to study at the University should take into account the following fees (as it was on 01. 02.2009 according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus):
Entrance study visa – 75 USD
Study fee at the preparatory department – 1000-1100 USD (should be paid on the day of arrival)
Other courses – 1400 USD per 1 year
Obligatory medical insurance for 1 year – 125 USD or 85 EURO
Registration at the Migration Department (temporary stay up to 90 days – 7 USD, up to 1 year – 55 USD )
Yearly medical examination – 55 USD
Dormitory – 12 USD per month (70 USD a year)
Before the beginning of an academic year the University can change any kind of the fees.
